If ya'll are anything like me ya'll have a child at home that love...love...LOVEs that movie Frozen. Every time you have watch it you seen Elsa near her ice castle singing. She's wearing that super gorgeous gown with the sparkle style caping. Well Celtic Wolf brings you a dress inspired by that dress. This dress is called Cold As Ice. It features a floor length light blue gown with a sparkle cape and a snowflake lace undershirt. I added Celtic Wolf's stunning slink nail polish called Glitter Light. Only thing I am missing is that Ice Castle and I too can be Elsa.
