When I seen this dress I thought it was the best dress to wrap up the summer in. This is from Dotties and is called Lady Flower. It is a tank shirt that has the bottom open. It has a hippie pink long skirt and ballet flats to match it. This is for sure the best outfit to end such an awesome season or to wear in winter walking around a garden.
